confirm availability.
after submission, keep an eye on your email for your confirmation, as well as the next links you'll need in order to secure your date - if I am available for your wedding date.
to secure your date:
(1) fill out form.
(2) sign contract.
(3) submit initial deposit.
make sure you’ve browsed the packages and add-ons so you can fill out this form accordingly. after the form is filled out, I will send you the links needed to sign the contract and submit the payment.
browse tracks
this one gets me excited. nothing gets me more inspired than listening through my favourite curated tracks. i’ll send you my link to browse. you take your time deciding. heck, you can make your decision or tell me you changed your mind a week after your wedding day.
if you want to skip the browsing all together and have me choose the song most suited for you and your film, great. just shoot me a message. i will of course request your feedback when deciding.
the cost of licensing these tracks is always included in what you pay for the highlight film. no extra charge.
Also, note: i recently discovered a website that sells licenses to mainstream(!) tracks. only some! but if you’re thinking… Ed sheeran, dan + shay, christina perry… bruno mars? jason mraz? hahah… we may be in luck.
pre-wedding questionnaire
with the standard option being an online questionnaire, you can also request a phone call or in-person chat - i will need to get a lengthy list of questions answered prior to your wedding day. These are somewhat tedious questions that will need to be answered AS your big day nears. I will send you the questionnaire after you’ve secured your date, as well as a reminder to fill it out one month prior to your wedding day (filling it out sooner is welcome!).

As soon as your wedding day schedule is good to go, send it over! That’s often only a week before the wedding and that’s okay. I’ll look it over and reach out with any final questions i may have.

After the wedding is when my work really starts. I ask my couples to be patient as I carefully piece together this keepsake. you should Expect the completed product to be delivered 12-20 weeks after your wedding day. i will send it to you for feedback, where you will have 1 week to make adjustment requests.
you will receive your film and any add-ons via a digital download link.
if you selected the ‘All good footage’ add-on, you will receive your film via the digital download link in addition to a usb with your film and all add-ons.
